Benefits of Continuity of Treatment and One on One Care

Have you ever been to physical therapy and felt like you had to repeat your story to each therapist you’ve worked with? Maybe you had to explain to your “new” therapist that the previous therapist had you do the exercise a certain way for whatever reason, and now this therapist wants you to change it up for a different reason. At Restore Physical Therapy and Wellness, we pride ourselves in continuity of treatment, which means you will be scheduled with the same therapist at each of your visits, whether that be physical therapist (PT) or physical therapist assistant (PTA). If being scheduled with a PTA concerns you, be relieved to know that each of our PTAs are highly trained in their field of care whether that be pelvic health or general orthopedics. You will also have the option to be scheduled with your evaluating PT at any point in time if you choose to do so. We believe working with the same PT or PTA at each session will help you experience symptom improvement and achieve your goals at a quicker pace.

One on one care is important to us because we find PTs/PTAs are even more capable to perform their skilled techniques consisting of exercise progression, manual therapy, and educating patients if they don’t have to worry about tending to their other patient at the same time. If you want to experience not only one on one patient care, but with the same PT/PTA each visit, call us at 903-716-9879

to schedule an appointment.
